Terms and conditions for using KeyWeek.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using KeyWeek (accessible via https://keyweek.app and our mobile applications), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
KeyWeek is a minimalist weekly planner and task management tool that enables users to schedule tasks, manage routines, organize someday backlogs, and optionally sync events with third-party calendars such as Google Calendar.
3. User Accounts & Security
To use cloud synchronization and cross-device features, you may sign in using your Google or Apple account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. KeyWeek PRO Subscriptions & Billing
KeyWeek offers a free service tier as well as an optional premium tier ("KeyWeek PRO"):
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected.
- In-App Purchases (iOS): Purchases made through our iOS application are processed by Apple App Store and are subject to Apple's Terms and Conditions. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle via your Apple ID account settings.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to PRO features until the end of the current paid billing period.
5. Google Calendar Integration
When you connect your Google Calendar, KeyWeek accesses only the minimum necessary calendar scopes required to sync and display your scheduled events. You may disconnect your calendar integration at any time in the app settings.
6. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use
All software, brand logos, visual interfaces, graphics, and design systems of KeyWeek are the exclusive property of KeyWeek. You agree not to copy, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works of our software.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
KeyWeek is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. In no event shall KeyWeek be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
